We don't choose a fabric just because it sounds good on a label.
We consider how it feels against your skin, how it performs, how long it lasts, and its impact.
Depending on the piece, that might mean recycled materials, natural fibers, organic fibers, or another fabric that simply performs better for its purpose.
For swim, we use recycled materials like regenerated nylon where possible. For pieces worn close to the body, we prioritize soft, breathable fabrics and incorporate natural and organic fibers where they make sense.
There isn't one perfect fabric for everything — so we'd rather choose intentionally for each piece.
Using recycled instead of virgin polyester produces fewer carbon emissions. And giving plastic bottles a second life keeps them out of oceans and landfills.
Where possible, we choose lower-impact packaging materials and avoid unnecessary packaging without compromising the experience of receiving something special.
We don't want to pretend we're perfect.
Materials, manufacturing and sustainability are complicated, and the better choice isn't always obvious.
