Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full refunds within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with the hangtags and hygienic liners still intact.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return.
To be eligible for an exchange or a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it- unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and hygienic stickers still intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or a return, you can submit a request in Customer Account or contact us at care@lazurswim.com. If your exchange or return is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange/return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Final sale items are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
