Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping to all U.S. states, excluding Alaska. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package. We offer standard and expedited shipping options:

    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping
    • Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

Shipping Delays: Please note that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Lazur is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Lazur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lazur will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
